Just to close this loop I ended up going with C63 AMG 6 piston front calipers and F8X rear calipers refinished in Brembo silver with red decals done by MLG Engineering. I opted for F8x rotors all around so I can take advantage of their lifetime replacement warranty. Very happy with the look and feel and stopping power of the kit and installation was bolt on in the rear and adapter brackets in the front (I learned that you have to replace the spindle to run F8X calipers in the front and it increases ride height). You will need an adaptor - either FCP Euro or Freaky Parts sells them. If you are interested I have a brand new set for freaky part when I put my kit together but ended up selling the calipers/rotor to a F8X guy and he didn't need the adaptor.
