Has anyone ran either of those offsets?

I know et22 would fit, but these wheels come in either et21 (4.5 inch lip) or et24 (3.5 inch lip).

Which offset should I go with? et21 or et24?

E90 M3 factory EDC suspension
Both will fit. You are talking 2-3mm in/out. I would go with 21.
Even if it’s low disk for et21? Would those clear the factory m3 brakes?

I can’t even imagine what a 4.5” outer lip on a 9.5” wide wheel looks like! I doubt any offset will clear the caliper on the front. What must the rear outer lip size be if the front lip is 4.5”?!?

Both front and rear are square.

Do you have a picture of these wheels?

I can’t see how the front will fit with a 4.5” outer lip without interfering with the front brake caliper. The frontspacing of a 9.5” e21 wheel is 4.42” so the inner edge of a 4.5” outer lip will extend 0.08” beyond the mounting face of the wheel and brake rotor. The front of the brake caliper sticks out beyond this mounting face so there’s no way the inside surface of the wheel face will not contact the outside face of the brake caliper.

The 19x9.5 et24 that I’m looking at are the same exact wheels, but with a 3.5 inch lip and is high disk to clear bigger brakes.

Should I play it safe and go for the et24 set?

Without a brake template, I don’t think you can say either wheel will fit and not have clearance issues. The wheel face geometry starts out being concave and then abruptly transitions to being convex at the midpoint of a wheel spoke. The question is: does the initial spoke convexity provide sufficient out-of-plane caliper clearance to avoid interference? I can’t answer that question without a wheel inner spoke profile defined/measured wrt the wheel mounting surface and a brake rotor-caliper fitment template. If I had to guess, I’d conservatively say neither wheel would fit without interference.

Hmmmm…these are like work meister s1 3 piece and E9x m3 owners have been running them with no problem as shown below. Same faces. The pic below is et22

I could be wrong but I personally would not run either setup especially if the tire widths aren’t 275s front and rear. Do you have a picture actually showing both or a known set of the wheels installed on an e9x M3?

Yeah, they are definitely not for me but I guess they fit (even with a spacer and stretched tires?). Rear tire looks very stretched - is the tire width
Just to close this thread out, I finally got my wheels. Had them built to the specs I wanted and took about 4 weeks.

18x9.5 et22 square
Out of curiosity, much do these cast wheels weigh? I love genuine, unf'ed with Work wheels, but they are boat anchors.
They are not cast wheels. The are true 3 piece forged. I don’t know the exactly weight but they’re significantly lighter than the OEM m3 wheels.
These are the actual wheels I got from vrwheels. 1200-R. 18x9.5 et22 diamond cut 275/35/18.

These look nothing like the wheels you were showing earlier in the thread. I don’t believe they are lighter than oem forged 19” 220M wheels so I would need to see the weight measured while these wheels are on the scale to believe they are lighter stock. My guess is these weigh 25-26 lbm per wheel.
Yes I decided to go with this style instead of the other ones that I showed as I wanted to get 18 instead of 19.

These are definitely lighter as I pulled off the OEM and installed these with my own two hands lol.
