Wiring Clock Spring for 12v power?

I was quoted by a known supplier of a wired clock spring for aftermarket led steering wheel. $300 non-oem, no warranty, which in my opinion is f*cking insane.

So, does anyone know what exactly needs to be done to wire this as DIY? Brand new non-oem clockspring varies between $90-200.

You can use the airbag wires for power/ground if you don't have an airbag. They pass straight through the SZL.

I’m keeping the airbag, so that’s a no go.
