Looking for a shop to do a headlight washer and side marker delete

As mentioned in the title, does anyone have recommendations for body shops in the Seattle area (willing to drive an hour away) that have experience in doing a washer delete and euro bumper conversion (filling the side marker holes).

Haurys on Lake City Way has been recommended to me several times by locals at BMW meets. I don’t have direct experience with them. But I’ve seen what they can do as far as paint matching and was satisfied.

I used Hanson Auto Rebuild in Everett for reflector hole delete and full front end respray but I don't think they are in business anymore? They did great work, got the recommendation from another forum member here who also had a Euro conversion done there.

They don't have a website and Yelp and other sites are unclear on their current status. Lots of other shops around, though I know from experience many of them didn't want to attempt filling the reflector holes.

Got a quote, and just putting it here for reference. They charge $1,200 for paint and installation on a new bumper. They can fill in the side marker holes and washers but isn't very cost effective due to the labor needed (should cost a bit more than painting a new euro bumper). I'll likely use them for the painting but will install the bumper and do the washer delete myself.

Bel-kirk body shop seems to be cheapest reputable shop I've found for a bumper respray. They charge $750 for painting.

From my understanding, the euro bumper comes from the factory without reflectors. In terms of washers, cutouts are optional depending on manufacturer. Keep in mind, tow access cap is not deleted.
