ACH and Ortega for me has to be early in the morning especially ortega since that's an OC commute for the desert dwellers of lake Elsinore.

ACH is a hard one, too many wrecks up there to justify a group going up mid morning. do at your own risk imo.

I haven't run ACH in ages but do occasionally hit Ortega in the mornings. I'll look into setting up an Ortega morning run over a weekend in September.

Every consider or try Santiago Canyon Rd in OC?

Decent twisties, some elevation changes... kinda a 'compromise local' for LA-OC-SD guys with a variety of of spots to park/gather/eat on either side of the drive.

I've done Santiago once before, but don't really remember the drive much. I like the idea of doing the drive then meeting up afterwards to park/chat/eat for a bit. If there's enough interest, I'll get it going for next month!

Yep, gonna go scout Santiago Canyon Road and find a good spot to meet after the drive. Keep an eye out later this month and I should have something set up!

Looks like a good time has been had on all these meets. I drove Santiago when I moved here and enjoyed it, nothing crazy, just a nice drive.

Very cool to still see meets on here! I used to go to all of the old school Stars Burgers/LTMW meets back in circa 2007-2013ish. Being that I'm back in the scene and going to car meets again, I may just roll out to this one!

Finally fixed my brake issue - turns out ABS valve was stuck causing no brake in one corner... Will be there this round.

Coincidently, I met a client 1 month ago who had "e92" in his email. I asked him if by chance he had a BMW because e92 is pretty unique to BMW. He said he was on the forums (!!) back in the day. He told me his user name and I pretty much envisioned his car color (blue) in my head. Then he was like wait..your name is so and so, didn't you have a white e92 335i (my pre-M car)?? I lost my shit. He also was at the Stars/LTMW meets lol! Small world. He proceeded to award me the project haha.

just here to post another flake message, car still in maintenance / service mode.. LOL
