Tire Recs - 18x10 +25

Just purchased a new set of TE37s in 18x10 +25 and need some advice on tires and fitment.

Currently looking at 275/35/18 and debating between RT615, RT660 or PS4. I heard that the RT660s run a bit wide so not sure if the 275 width would cause it to rub. Since my M is not my daily the use case is mostly weekend drives/canyon runs and some occasional track use. I live in California so the weather should be pretty mild. I don't plan to drive in the rain all that often, if ever at all.

Let me know if you guys have had any experience with those tires or any other recs. One last note, I also plan to install ohlins r&t before mounting and if necessary will add camber plates + spacers as well for better fitment.

You will likely need front camber plates and spacers on that offset. For reference, I run 18x10.5 +22 Apex wheels with 295/30 PS4S. So wider, but not as tall. I run a 5mm spacer on the front with about -3.5-3.7 degrees of front camber. You could probably get away with less, but I run a good bit for the track. I rub slightly on the liners on the typical spots at full lock.

You shouldn't need any spacers in the rear. I do not run any.

FYI, a 10 mm thick spacer, and probably a 12 mm thick spacer, can be used on the rear with an 18x10et25. I’m running a 5 mm thick spacer with my HRE R43 Fall Line 18x10et22 (equivalent to a 10et17) with a 285/35 and there’s enough room to run a thicker spacer.

You’re gonna be fine, no camber necessary. I run the same sizes in Apex ECs 18x10 et25. I run an even thicker tire than what you mentioned above, I’ve run Bridgestone Potenza Sport 275/40/18 as well as Continental ECF same sizes both square. Yes different brands run wider/ thicker but if I can fit 275/40 in the front without rubbing you can fit any tire brands 275/35. I didn’t rub on stock suspension and I don’t rub now with OHLINS R&T no camber plates. And yes I put my car through its paces regularly up and down ACH and still no rubbing. Pics for reference, silver ECs were stock height on Continentals, motorsport gold ECs are with OHLINS R&T.

Thanks for the info! I have a pair of 10mm spacers on the shelf I might try out then.

No issues running 275/35 RT660 with 18x10 +25. Been doing it for years. I have camber plates now but ran without it with 5mm spacers up front and 10mm rear.
