m3 e92 whistle sound

Hey I bought an m3 e92 lci 2009 and there is small whistle sound coming from the driver side it only appears when i try to accelerate i dont have any check engine light or nothing , need help with that

I have the same sound on my 2012. Just haven't had tine to fix it.
