Do the 18x10 et25 ARC8s clear the Stoptech STR60 Trophy kit?

Sorry for the delayed response here. Any Idea if the STR60 Trophy kit uses the same brake clearance template as the ST60 380mm kit?

I can’t for the life of me source a solid template for the new trophy kits. Our V1 ARC-8 (used wheels) needed a 2mm or larger spacer for spoke clearance against the standard ST60 380mm. What I think fits your question:

Square:

18x10 ET25 square + 275/35-18 tires.
19x10 ET25 square +275/30-19 tires.

Staggered:
F: 18x9.5 ET22 + 265/35-18
R: 18x10.5 ET22 + 285/35-18

F: 19x9.5 ET22 + 265/30-19
R: 19x10.5 ET22 + 285/30-19

Both square and staggered setups will be more flush than the OE, although some customers still choose to run spacers as you can see from this gallery thread.

Just purchased an E92 that will be converted to clubsport. It is on standard suspension at the moment but will be on KW Clubsports with topmounts, negative camber and adjustable camber/toe arms front and back as required in time.

I want to know what is the best fitment to suit track in both scenarios with NO SPACERS, I am just not keen on the idea.

I am thinking, probably EC-7's

Front: 18x9.5" et22 with 265/35-18
Rear: 18x10.5" et27 with 295/30-18

Am I talking rubbish or is there a better option? Cars I have seen with this look to sit near perfect for me.

The fitment you listed will work fine, but the rear offset on the 18x10.5 will need to be ET22 rather than ET27 unless you are buying the wheels used. It will likely still be a direct fit unless the 295/30-18s you choose run wide.

ET27 was discontinued for both our Flow Formed EC-7s and ARC-8s.

What mm spacers do i need to put to make it flush? I am also installing kw v3s soon, how much ride height is best for looks?

There are multiple Brembo GT kits available for the E9X M3. Our 18x9.5 ET22 VS-5RS clears the 1N1.9003A kit + the other rotor variants with no spacers for example. This is the most common kit you'll see run on these cars.

These wheels will not clear the 1T1.9010A 6 piston Brembo kit which is an updated caliper.

Another thing to note with these kits is that the paired rear brakes have a large mounting bolt that causes our 18" rear wheels to not clear the bolt. This applies to the following rear kits: "2P1.9013A, 2P1.9060A" REAR GT/GT-S/GT-R 4 piston 380x28mm

With the 19x9.5 ET22 up front, you shouldn't need any spacers to clear the ST XTA suspension or those Brembo brakes. The rear fitment would also be fine without spacers.

The rear offset for those wheels would be ET25.
