using the plenum tune and it DID make my carboproject sound louder. the updated maps pull harder too!

Alex has tuned probably 3 of my personal S65 cars and 30 or 40 sum of our client's vehicles. Some of those guys were running a brutal flame tune.
Just uploaded the tune. Feels really good a nice little bump in power.
Tune also solved a crazy idle issue that I had before uploading, so that's a plus. I was on old 60e software.

Ugh... so I got an Eventuri and I can barely hear it (even with the plenum tune). I also have an E46 M3 (w/CSL airbox) abd that one is 5 times louder than these V8 ones.

I feel like the air box is still relatively closed, which is probably for a reason, relative to the CSL and that makes sense. Also the E92 probably has more sound insulation.

When I drove, I started getting a shake in the car between 1,300 - 1,900 rpms, under my butt (front half of the cabin). I figure it was just the X pipe as it wasn't made to use the exhaust bracket. Spoke with a few others with the same pipe and they said they don't have any kind of shake. So I uninstslled the pipe and reinstalled 3 times (with a shop installing the final time)... still the same shake.
So drove it for 2 months as I had a rod bearing appt 2 weeks ago. Changed the motor mounts (to new ones) during the bearings change, and still the same shake. Fast forward to yesterday, I installed the oem x pipe but when I tried to load the Stage 1, I needed to re-download the new AMS app. So I emailed Alex and waited, but need to get my wisdoms done today.
I drove about one hour away to appt very gingerly (on Stage 2 tune) and got the same shake with the oem x pipe... which never happened... strange. After my app, I received a note from Alex and I didn't need to wait for him, as I need to access the original email for the link... Coo!
So I loaded the corresponding Stage 1 tune and vola... the shake went away! So now I'm really confused...

I have a full Akra evo exhaust system with the alpine stage 2 tune and do get shaking sometimes. Have been told it's normal because of no cats? It's during stop lights after hard driving

The issue with the forward facing x pipe hesitation with our tune was resolved long ago.

Battle wroteI have a similar issue except for me it's a rough idle at stop lights after hard driving, I wouldn't call it shaking. Spark plugs are newish so might be time to replace O2 sensors for me, not sure that it's a tune issue for my rough idle. I have a turner test pipe and eisenman exhaust running Alex's latest stage 2 tune. Anyone else have rough idle issue? Same issue here running Alpine tune. 6MT. Engine is absolutely gutless at low RPM, both on Stage 1 and Stage 2 tune. The torque is almost nonexistent. I have the forward valvetronic x-pipe (quality is disappointing) with high flow cats. I got all my files from Alex summer of 2021, so if there's been updates from the beginning of 2021, I haven't seen them. I would consider the tune issue not resolved with this huge dead spot early in power band.

A tune for forward facing X pipe is going to be different then our standard tune. Check your email I provided you with an updated file. Flash it, clear your adaptions and reply back here with an honest review.
