Need advice on used 2012 E92 M3

Do you guys think this is a good deal or a little overpriced? How much do you guys think it would be worth in two years from now?

Year: 2012
Model: Gray e92 with two tone red and black interior
Miles: 36k miles (I find them a little high for the year)
Transmission: DTC
Optionals: Every optional including competition package and enhanced premium sound.
Clean carfax, 1 owner

For $50k (from a dealer)

I bought my 2011 e92 m3 from dealer for $45k.
20k miles on it. With all the options.

Overpriced!!!

Too much..

For reference. I bought a VERY similar spec down to color combo with 64k miles for just under $24k last year at a dealership.
