Guys, hes a very small company whos willing to make specialty parts for our chassis in house. His products are very nice, but you have to be patient. i ahve ordered from Slonik on 3 seperate occasions, parts always arrived, and were very well made.

That’s great. I would just like some reasonable update on a decent frequency. I think we are all anxious for these parts to ship.

I haven’t heard from @slonik since the 15th either.

In all honesty, I do not mind waiting -- I know what it is like to run a small shop and suddenly be hit by a large order, but like Spoff said; having some update, even if it isn't always good news, goes a long way for those who are anxious, especially those of us who just sent a lot of $$ for the full package, to another country.

Exactly. The product will be awesome which is why we all paid. Just want a status update. Radio silence makes me uncomfortable. For all we know he is in the hospital. Could be anything.

I just sent Slonik another PM saying I hope he is well but we are concerned and really need to hear from him. I may file a dispute and refund with PayPal if I don't hear back soon. I am concerned something happened to him health wise as it seems very unusual for him not to respond to all these posts and pms from the group.

I know he's a very very busy guy, he went quite for a while there on the last GB when it was taking a while also but he did deliver.

He doesn't seem to monitor/reply back to PM's when he's busy unfortunately. Great product but alas since he's a one man show doesn't seem to have the time to keep his customers up to speed during peak periods

Have not heard anything. Is there a way to notify moderators? What is the least drastic measure to get his attention?

I've opened a dispute with Paypal as a way to seek their assistance as well. If no reply by 9/24 then the dispute can be escalated to a claim and within 30 days Paypal will refund assuming parts have not shipped.

For the Moderators:

I and a group of others that have participated in a group buy 2 months ago are seeking your assistance to resolve an issue with this vendor. Here are the facts:

We ordered and paid for brake kits the week of 7/7
We were told parts would ship in 3-4 weeks from time of payment
We have been trying to reach Slonik through PM, posts, and email for the past 4 weeks without reply or acknowledgement

We all want our parts, but more importantly we want a response from Slonik on the status of our parts. This user is based in Russia and has sold parts on the forum in past. He sells good parts apparently, but now has gone dark and is sitting on upwards of $12k of our cash presumably. What can you as a moderator due to evoke action and response from the seller? It appears he has acted in this way in past transactions.

Email sent thru PayPal and dispute also opened. I hope this drives this to completion. I think Slonik has over 20k from this group buy as he has 3400 from me since I paid for fronts and rears. I really want these calipers.

I just heard from Slonik via email. Will hopefully have a positive resolution. He said he's in Europe and will be back in Russia on 9/17. I asked for status of shipping and awaiting a response.
