Tired of your BMW power steering reservoir leaking after putting it through its paces? That’s where the 3D Design Reserver Tank Attachment comes into play. 3D's solution affixes neatly to the top of the existing BMW reservoir, adding a crucial 35mm of headroom for fluid expansion while also dressing up your engine bay.

The additional headroom not only safeguards against messy engine compartments, but also guarantees a consistent steering feel—since there is enough area for the fluid to travel, there is no cavitation between air and fluid, resulting in driving confidence in the most extreme conditions.

This highly coveted piece has been resurrected exclusively by IND in limited quantities.

Product Details:
  • Made in Japan
  • Limited Availability
  • Fits all E9X M3, E82 1M

It would be great if it came with a new lid that matched better with the reservoir. Even if it was an additional cost.
What's the benefit of this one over the BimmerWorld one? which is a lot cheaper when in stock anyway..
Looks nice but probably the most expensive way to solve the issue.
Idk, I bought it and surprisingly I arrived within days! Will see if this fixes my issue. Looks like a clean and easy install.

Been losing too much PS fluid from track ratting and now I need to refill fluid. I'm hoping this is more effective than the bimmerworld reservoir, which some say still spits. I'm already using a CSF PS cooler too.

Edit: installed

Was it a drain and refill or extracting from the reservoir? Also, love the color!

Thanks! It was a complete drain from old reservoir, then vacuum from return line, and added new reservoir and refilled. A 2-man job that made it way more simple than just trying to do it along. I followed this post with great results. https://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1162286

Had this installed on my E90 M3 for over a year now with street / track use. Happy to report no PS fluid loss thus far. For something so easy to install and well-made, I can't complain.

Do you have to drain all the fluid out to install this?

No. It is as simple as removing the PS reservoir cap, screwing on the new 3D design canister over your existing PS reservoir, then screwing back on the PS reservoir cap.
In stock and easy to install!
