lenrok wroteNope. Bearings aren't [supposed to be] a wear and tear part. However, it's good measure to take it easy for a little bit... it just feels right. I tracked my car within about 500 miles on new bearings.roastbeef wroteI was told by the shop I have to break in the new bearings for 500 miles.Take that bish up to 8,300.
When my first e90m3 got totalled, i decided to look around a little at my options in same price range. I drove a Dinan Stroker e60m5, f80m3, f82m4, c63amg, and an audi rs3. After driving those cars i knew that the e90m3 was the only car i wanted, i couldnt get into another one fast enough.
I guess the point is this car is kind of a " love it or hate it" type of car, and you dont sound like you love it.

SFCM3 wroteI feel like I'm unsure. I don't hate it. I'm basing my feelings on the 3-4 times I've driven it. The cabin is one thing that feels cramped. lenrok wrotenope, and im 6'1 240lbs.I feel like I'm unsure. I don't hate it. I'm basing my feelings on the 3-4 times I've driven it. The cabin is one thing that feels cramped. No one else feels that way?
I'm 5'9 185ibs and I feel cramped
lenrok wroteYou'll be downright claustrophobic in a Porsche thenI'm 5'9 185ibs and I feel cramped
5.9"? Napoleon complex, needs a massive car to feel big 😆 just kidding. I'm 6.1 feels like a normal car no issues with space... you aren't going to get the handling if it's bigger.
I'm 5'9" 170 and the interior doesn't feel cramped at all.
LuckiSevens wrote6'1" and you've got an individual droptop!?!? You single?...5.9"? Napoleon complex, needs a massive car to feel big 😆 just kidding. I'm 6.1 feels like a normal car no issues with space... you aren't going to get the handling if it's bigger.
I'm 5'10" 180 and feels right size to me.
lenrok wroteThen you're sitting weird. LolI'm 5'9 185ibs and I feel cramped
roastbeef wroteIt's not so much how I sit. Maybe it's the dash and etc. Can't call it. Just feels off. But again I've literally driven this thing 4 times tops. Then you're sitting weird. Lol
Overall performance wise there are things that can be done to beef it up. Gintani tune I hear is the better one out there, test pipes as well.
sounds like you need to get out there and drive this car. you are super close to some epic mountain roads in PA, get out there!
SFCM3 wroteSpring is around the corner thats the plan. What mods are you currently running?sounds like you need to get out there and drive this car. you are super close to some epic mountain roads in PA, get out there!
lenrok wrotethe interior feel in terms of size is not even close to uncomfortable for me.. 6-2, 190. The driving position is high, but I've learned to live with it. but it's definitely not "tight" compared to anything else in the class from what I have seen.SFCM3 wroteI feel like I'm unsure. I came from an fbo f80, and let me tell you this, no matter how fast that car was it didnt put a smile on my face the way my current e90m does. The driver engagement is like no other.
I actually prefer the smaller interior of the e90, the mechanical feel and sound of it all.
The only thing I dislike on the e9x is the seating position/feel/adjustability (6’2 210lbs). The f8x has the advantage here.
Other than that, You cant pay me to own another f8x, maybe the f87csl but thats another story.
Enjoy the e90 op, its the last of its kind.

Regret buying my car? The only thing I regret is that it took me 5 years to get but I had to wait to get exactly what I wanted.
I'm tired of the low torque talk, the S65 is a screamer and loves to be revved, catch the drift?
Speaking of drift, the farty 5 series turbo that the wife has is the only turbo car I'd like to ever own. Yeah is has torque, but boring as hell and the soul sucking turbos kill the otherwise nice I6 engine, the exhaust it a total joke.
Bottom line your car your money but if you're unhappy sell it and move on...
