BREAKING: RKP Composites has acquired every BMW aero component mold from Challenge USA.

Challenge USA carbon has always been a gem—some of IND’s most iconic projects from the past have worn aero from this manufacturer. In many ways, the Challenge brand was aligned with IND’s unwavering vision for excellence—the very parts that we sought to envelop into RKP’s proud lineup adorned countless IND client cars and even some of our own.

It’s no secret that production lead times had been Challenge’s Achilles heel. Over the past seven months, IND has obsessively worked behind the scenes to recondition molds, examine Challenge’s previous production stopgaps, and determine a strategy for re-introducing each aero component for the E46 M3, E9X M3, F10 M5 and F06 / F12 / F13 M6 under RKP’s umbrella. We’re proud to say, we’ve done it.

At launch, we are committed to stocking these RKP aero components in our warehouse for immediate fulfillment. The parts are as beautiful as ever, timeless even, and are produced alongside some of RKP’s newest F90 M5 components at our facility in Detroit, Michigan.

We’re excited to make this very first announcement to enthusiasts on Bimmerpost and invite you to explore more about these new RKP components (and Challenge’s history with IND) on our website: www.ind-distribution.com

I like the door cards. How do you close the doors (no handle/grip) and where do the window switches go? TIA.

All of the factory door components are transferred over to the carbon door cards
RIP bank account... Awesome you guys pulled this off. Will make a lot of people happy on this forum.

Does RKP plan to do anything with forged carbon for aero pieces?
