Too many suggestions to list, did you search?
none, just change your oil every 30,000 miles.

Call up the dealer/indy and "ASK" for recommended service items at that mileage interval and then decide what you need to do

Well, I can tell you that:

Oil changes every 5,000
Recently changed my spark plugs (around 10,000miles prior)
Air intake filter

Trans DCT fluid change?
Differential fluid change?
Serpentine belt?
Etc...
If they have never been done, DCT fluid, diff fluid, brake fluid, power steering fluid, cabin filters, air filter, fuel filter, spark plugs (but you said that was done 10k miles ago), brake pads/rotors are probably donezo if original, belts might not be a bad idea for a little preventative maintenance, thermostat/water pump, coolant flush.

Those are the major ones I can think of that would be ready for some TLC by now.

You can use this thread as a guideline. Some of those intervals seem to be on the early side. Also look up Mike Miller's lifetime maintenance guide, it's for an older m3 but most of the stuff applies.
Lube the sunroof mechanism if you have one, treat the rubber with silicon or similar, oil hinges, etc,. Tighten body nuts and bolts and fasteners all over, especially underneath where no one looks. Clean inside and out, nooks and crannies.
