The 17x10" ET25 with a 275/40/17 will have the same issues as the 18x10" ET25 with a 275/35/18 does with KW's progressive V-shaped springs. With the KW Variants/ ST Coilovers, you would hit either the spring perch or the bottom of the spring itself with the V shaped springs, not the strut itself. In order to fix this issue with the 18x10" ET25 wheel clearance, you would want to use at least a 5mm spacer, or to switch to a linear spring. Because of the linear spring's shape, it is recommended to be used with camber plates. You may be able to source upper top hat that would work with the OEM upper mount.

The KW spring perch accepts a 60mm spring, thus you should look for a 6" 60mm spring from Swift, Hyperco, Eibach, or H&R. This will allow you to remove your V shaped spring and raise the lower spring perch higher.

With OEM suspension or coilovers with short linear race springs that keeps the spring perch above the wheel and tire, the 17x10" ET25 does fit without any issues.

Which finish is the darkest? Satin black?

That is correct, the Satin Black finish would be the darkest finish available for the ARC-8's, followed by the Anthracite finish.

ARC-8's are in stock for your E9X M3! This car is using 18x9.5" ET22 front wheels with 265/35/18 Hankook RS3's and 18x10.5" ET27 rear wheels with 285/35/18 Hankook RS3's.
Would 275/35/18 and 295/30/18 work with this setup? E92 with stock competition package suspension?

We have tested 275/35/18 and 295/30/18 Toyo R888 R-compound tires with our EC-7's in 18x10" ET25 and 18x11" ET25 with an e92 M3 that is lowered and it cleared without any issues in the past. If you are using a street tire, we don't see any issues with the OEM ZCP suspension using those tire sizes with the 18x9.5" ET22 and 18x10.5" ET27 ARC-8's.

Was not even aware of 18x11 size. Any pics of that setup (18x10 and 18x11)?

The 18x11" ET25 is available for our EC-7 wheel, not the ARC-8. Here is a photo of the car I'm referring to with the 18x10" ET25 & 18x11" ET25 Anthracite EC-7's with Toyo R888's.

The 19" ARC-8's are expected to arrive in Q3 of this year. Here are 19" Hyper Silver ARC-8's on this Interlagos Blue e90 M3 that we test fitted with samples:

You can find more information about the 19" ARC-8's here.
I have new set of Hankook 265/35/18 RS3 that I was going to run on a 18x9.5 wheel for the occasional track/mostly daily but NOW I want a set of Apex Arc8 18x10 et 25. I see that 275/35/18 is the ideal size tire but seeing if I could safely use the 265 on the track (Willow Springs). Granted I could get the 9.5" but I want the 10". Thanks... Matt (PM for Arc-8 18x10et25)

The 265/35/18 can work on the 18x10" ET25 wheel, it is just a little undersized (by one size) and will have a little bit of tire stretch. You can safely run it on the track, it is just not ideal for the e9x M3 chassis. If you are only planning to use it temporarily, it wouldn't be an issue so that you can still make use of your current RS-3's.
Will they fit Brembo BBK 380mm?

Unfortunately the 18" ARC-8's do not clear a Brembo 380mm BBK. However, we do have the 18" EC-7's that do clear the Brembo 380mm BBK without any issues for the e9x M3.

This set up looks great doesn't it? A lot of our customers refer to this image. They are Anthracite ARC-8's in 18x9.5" ET22 w/ 265/35/18 front tires and 18x10.5" ET27 w/ 285/35/18 Michelin Pilot Sport tires.

Here is the same set on another M, this time a Black e92!

I like this staggered size setup. Will they clear KW V3 coils?

Got any specials for locals... Pickup? :)

The 18x9.5" ET22 ARC-8's do indeed clear the KW V3 coilovers on the e9x M3 with 265/35/18 sized tires. The 18x10.5" ET27 in the rear do not have any issues with the KW V3 coilovers using 285/35/18 sized tires either. Sending you a PM with a quote.
do u have as pic of 9.5 et22 up front without the wheels turned in any direction? I want to see how it looks

Unfortunately we do not have any photos of the 18x9.5" ET22 ARC-8's on the front with a turned wheel at this time, only the 18x10" ET25 ARC-8's. We will try to get a photo of it the next time an e9x M3 comes by with a staggered setup with the 18x9.5" ET22 fronts.
no prob! these wheels are delicious in person :)
17×10 come into stock yet ???
