Old thread I know.. but just reporting that 1 of the 3 MCB E92 M3's now lives in my garage :).

Story so far as I can work out is started its life in QLD, then to WA, then to NSW then back to QLD... now to me in VIC :)

In fact it might be yours DaveDee's user avatarDaveDee as I believe it has H&R springs in it (as I was told). Chassis number ending in 898. If it is your car, would love to chat to you about its history etc and anything you did to it etc as its first custodian. Sufficed to say it is still in great condition and is/will be well loved

The car was my ultimate car and sometimes regret parting with it after 5 years of ownership. If first sold to a Collector in WA and then went to another owner a few years later. The car was then cannibalised and the parts used for a different project, after hearing about that I was not keen to have anything more to do with it. When it left here it was in immaculate shape and from the first day to the last of ownership it was a car that brought joy at every glance. I can honestly say that there has never been anything the same and have left the brand some time ago. Here are some pics of the car when I had it

Oh wow.. it had an SC at one stage.. Very nice. My chassis ends in PY38898, do you recall if that was yours?

Well I hope you are happy to learn that it is back in stock form still, is still immaculate and has about 93,000kms on it. I picked it up last week and its all that an M car should be.

Some light fettling plans for it like an Eventuri intake and some 359m wheels instead of the gloss black 220m's on it now, but aside that, it will be well loved and well respected.

The previous owners have all looked after it well, as I will too :)

Thanks Andrew, I will. Will be calling you shortly for an Eventuri intake (any black friday deals to be had?? ;) !. Glad to see that SBM is doing so well, I chatted to you a few times back when I had an Imola red E39 and you were just starting SBM!
