2011 M3 Sedan - Space Gray - DCT
*98,850 miles, competition pkg, black leather, heated seats, sunroof, nav. June 2011 build date. Clean title in-hand with 2 keys. Location: Northern VA.
*Rod bearings (BE/ARP) were done in 2020 at RRT shortly after purchasing car. Have also replaced both throttle actuators, vanos covers (Slon), and fuel injectors under ownership.
*DCT shifts are nice and crisp after recent DCT service at GT Peace. Technician noted inside of transmission was very clean and well taken care of.
Owned for 6 1/2 years and well maintained. It's a weekend car that's been garaged most of its life. Driven sparingly, only put on 24k miles since 2020. I am the 4th owner and have never taken it to the track.
I keep a maintenance/repair log and have shown it in the pics. Have a stack of invoices including all shop visits and parts purchases for DIY jobs. Also have some dealer service records from previous owners.

May 2026 (98,658 mi): replaced front windshield w/BMW glass
April 2026 (98,342 mi): DCT service (trans out) - replaced both filters, lower pan, side pan gasket, suction jet pump, guibo w/bolts
March 2026 (98,086 mi): replaced water pump, thermostat, oil filter housing gasket, oil pressure switch, oil change, passenger side mirror glass
Jan 2026 (98,085 mi): brake fluid flush

The car does not have any issues, no CEL, and zero faults across all modules (checked with Foxwell scanner). However, there are some cosmetic flaws: a 2 inch scratch on hood near grill, front bumper rock chips, and a knick in rear wheel spoke (see pics).
The car is accident-free, but CarFax shows a "Minor Damage Reported" entry to the front-end in August 2014 with the 2nd owner. Selling because I don't drive it much.
