Serie 2 Front Bumper Scratches - Appraisal Request

Hi. would appreciate appraisal or comment on the need to dismantle the full front bumper to re-paint the scratches. DEKRA appraisal attached. Thank you.

Repair prices will vary with location. Some shops may repair that without removing the bumper cover - others will remove it & the cost will be higher.
