Ok so I was originally thinking of going with B6 bilstein and H&R springs. Now I’m looking and found Evolve Hampton shocks, apparently they worked with bilstein on them to make them a better version of the b6. What are yalls thoughts on these https://evolveautomotive.com/products/evolve-damptronic-shock-absorbers-bmw-3-series-e90-e92-e93-m3?srsltid=AfmBOoqTlmwRlk7DgAuWVCo632oD8C_G-xnTB-tN6vvpDSg09NEfc121

Now I am wondering about the springs, should I get H&R? Or I also have researched and found Swift Spec-R. Thoughts on these 2? I heard swift spec R is a little more comfortable ride and lowers it about the same as H&R, thoughts?

Yes, there's a whole thread on the Evolve B6 Damptronic dampers: https://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2086460

I'm considering them, as well as the B16 Damptronic kit and the Nitron R1 kit, when I refresh my EDC/ZCP suspension in the next year (currently at 79k miles on original EDC dampers).

I'm happy with the ZCP ride height and love being able to press a button and not have to think too much about setting for street and track (5-6 track days a year in my case).

Yes those are the dampers I mentioned in my very first reply. I think they are a great option if the car is mostly for street use.
