"Is this really a thing in Japan that there are so many signs warning against toilet peeping? This almost looks like a sign saying 'If you WANT a guy peeping over your bathroom stall you should come here.'"

I've been boating most of my life. The strange and crazy things some boaters do while attempting to launch their boats amaze me. I, of course, have never screwed up!

But you are right, a sign like this should not be necessary.

I think some boaters simply lose their minds when they are out on the lake, or trying to launch to get out on the lake. Heck, some of them never had minds in the first place.

Luckily, I never had any kind of a close call or mishap while in the boat, either while fishing or water skiing. Years of family fun. But my head was on a swivel all the time to stay away from trouble. Not drinking also helped I suppose.
