EAE MOTORSPORT BILLET OIL CAP
It’s finally here. No more oil seep. No more loose caps. No more flimsy OEM tabs.
BMW’s factory oil cap was flawed from the start. They used thin stamped metal tabs that lose tension under heat and vibration, which means sooner or later your cap stops sealing tight and starts weeping oil across your valve covers.
And here’s the kicker: BMW eventually acknowledged the issue and even revised the design with a newer cap. But anyone who’s owned a BMW knows the truth — the “updated” version still leaked. It was built cheaply, with the same weak locking system and a poor design that never solved the root problem. I got tired of wiping oil off my valve covers, so I started the journey of designing and manufacturing a billet cap the way BMW should have from the beginning:
•CNC-MACHINED 6061 BILLET ALUMINUM — rock-solid construction that won’t warp or wear out
•THICKER HIGH-TEMP GASKET — seals properly and stays sealed, even under heat and pressure
•PRESSED-IN STEEL DOWEL PINS — zero flex, zero fatigue, zero failure
This isn’t a cosmetic piece. It’s a functional fix to a design flaw BMW never truly solved. Lock it in once and forget about it. I’ve had this on my E60 M5, E39 M5, and E92 M3 for over 3 months with no leaks or seepage!
And the best part?
•LIFETIME WARRANTY — if it fails, we replace it
•ONLY SOLD WHEN IN STOCK — no endless preorders. We just received a batch of 100+ from the machine shop
•PRICED AS LOW AS POSSIBLE — no inflated margins, no “M tax.” Anyone who knows my reputation knows I’ve always built parts for the community first
•AVAILABLE IN BLACK OR CLEAR ANODIZED
•MADE IN USA
