I still don't know who is going to be WDC, too close to call.

It's a lame duck WDC/WCC this year. Half the teams didnt develop the 2025 car, and the remainder basically stopped after a few races. This year was the complete antithesis of close competition.

It could happen again but after the Canadian debacle where NOR was squeezed into the wall by PIA who then got a 5 second penalty when car was immobilised (which was somewhat hilarious), it may well not happen again. Merc PU's have failed so that's the only hope.

The same was said when the current hybrids came out. But it's all still fine. Could it be better? Sure, but it's still an engaging and interesting sport to watch even if things could be better.
