That's because this is an "Edition" model car. These were only available for 6 months late in 2009 as a 2010 model year car for the Canadian market. Evidence of this being an "Edition" model are the black painted wheels, black side view mirror caps, white stripes on seats and armrests and CSL door sills. The kidney grills, side gills, hood inlets and tailpipes should all be black chrome. These cars had the lowered springs which then became the Comp Package available for the 2011 model year. There were less than 200 "Edition" cars available in Canada and were only available in Alpine White, Black, Dakar Yellow and Monte Carlo Blue.
