Based on your description the price seems appropriate. Plan on closer to $30K once you do the rod bearings which is highly recommended.

I bought my E93 this summer. The NA S65 sounds glorious with the top down. Alpine on Fox is a desirable color combo too.

convertibles seem to be selling around that price with that kind of mileage. So far I have seen them without RB done. Maybe because owners think they are low mileage and are not driven as hard as E92 or E90?
