Looking at the following car, for which the seller wants around $45k.

2011.75 e90, fully loaded but no zcp
92k miles
Rod bearings done but no TA
Slick top
Ess g1 kit
X pipe
BBS LM-R (11 inch rears)
Ohlins R&T
I think its overpriced.

I got my 2010 E90 M3 (DCT) for $25k
Alpine white/silver extended leather
has every option (NAV, EDC, Cold weather, Shades, unlocks by grabbing door handle, sunroof)
ESS G1 supercharger, D1 spec BBk front and rear, Borla Atak

original bearings and TAs, but everything good condition
Way too high
By like $4-5k or how much?

Oreo, how recently did you buy yours and how many miles?

Right around 95k miles, 3 years ago
Anyone else have an opinion? It's a bit tricky to read the e90 m3 market right now. If stock, I think this car would fetch $30-$33k. The mods brand new cost around $20k. Is $40-$43k reasonable? I know some people say mods are worthless.
Anyone else have an opinion on the above car? I’m having a hard time valuing the e90 market as prices are all over the place.

For example a 2011 zcp DCT with 67k miles just sold for $28.5 on cars and bids. At the same time I see 100k mile zcp’s for $33-38k.
The value of the car is really what you think its worth... you have to ask youself.. are you going to do those same mods? if so, can you build it for less? is it worth extra to buy it already done?
One more:

2011 (not .5 or .75)
E90 zcp DCT with individual audio and cold weather
126k miles
Ess g1 kit
Rod bearings done, TA not
MPE exhaust
Hre wheels and zcp set
Brembo 365/345 front rear bbk
Oem euro front bumper
Guy asking $40k which is nuts

Is it the original owner and does he have receipts for work done? If so, maybe $35-37k is more appropriate. But if it's not the original owner then that's wayyyy too high IMO

The super charger, the wheels, the BBK, exhaust, RB & TAs having been done already are all worth something, and contribute to the price. Check out the market information below for manual and DCT trans as well as the links.

3rd owner. Yes, all receipts included. Rod bearings are done, but TA are not. Car is also due for spark plugs and the suspension bushings are all original and tired.

He won't budge off $38k. I think $34-$35k is reasonable.
That car sold for $40k!
