If you take it to a body shop, they can do estimates.

Don't go through insurance, you'll regret it later down the road since it'll impact your cars Carfax report... Plus For your deductible, you can probably find a rear bumper.

Agreed, just buy a bumper (hopefully an already space grey one). No insurance. Paint on a bumper would run about $500-600. Might be able to find a used bumper for similar.
