How do you find the Fpace? I just got one as a DD, 2019 Prestige with the base 2T. Lovely car to be in and mercifully able to turn off most of the intrusive tech but jesus H christ the ride is terrible and the engine and tranny don't seem to understand each other at all.
I like the F-PACE. It's a P400 and it seems like it chooses the correct gear for the situation in most cases. In sport mode it's more aggressive (the engine revs higher: later upshifts and earlier downshifts). For an automatic, it's okay. My wife and I use the Dynamic driving mode most of the time, so the suspension and steering are a bit tighter than normal mode. When I started looking at the G82, my wife started looking at the X5, so we may, at some point, become to a dual-BMW garage.
You've a much bigger engine. I find it very, very jerky on transition, let's say slowing for a stop sign but you sorta roll through, that transition from changing down to up, more jerk than a Jamaican BBQ. The whole experience is far more agricultural/sporty than i'd like, the suspension is just awful, severe pogo-ing, it's so stiff, my 997 has more compliance.
Wash day! Desperately needed!
I recently traded in my G01 for this… and Tesla has given me a free one month trial of “Full Self Driving”… and so it’s just been driving me around town, and I’ve been eating in it, and taking pictures of it… sh*t
I was part of the owner's paddock at the Lexus IS 25th Anniversary Legacy Tour at the Port of LA yesterday. These are pics of my car from there. However, the engine picture I just snapped today because I wanted a clean picture of my 2UR-GSE!
Some Raptor play...way more fun than 'parked' pics

Headed out with my youngest to a Porsche C+C, was a pretty good event actually.

Socal_R8 wroteYes, it is our favorite National Park. We stayed at the lodge inside the park this time. It gives a much more intimate experience, and logistics are much easier.chassis wrotelove Zion...Zion NP
This one's gonna be boring but the family hauler has to get some love too.
wtwo3 wroteI have a soft spot in my heart for Lotus and always will. Owned an '87 Turbo Esprit Hci for a while and enjoyed the shit out of it. I am happy to see they are still at it, despite always being on the brink of some disaster.
The Emira is a looker!
wtwo3 wroteBeautiful. Love it.
Looks like you only need to swap out a few tiles. Maybe some classic heritage Lotus green and yellow?
wtwo3 wroteTHis is properly nice. Just a heads up your camera is capturing this as pastel orange rather than red.
