Finally after a very very long wait, including endless lurking on this site, my M3 has landed in Black Sapphire Metallic (..via Individual). I've found the information on this site invaluable with regard to choices and mods, so I thought I'd register and share some pics.......

...the infamous exposed silencer/muffler might get a polish!

Congrats!!!! :thumbsup:
The color I wish I could have gotten. Great choice!
Good choice, I like that more than Jerez

why did you de-badge the ///M3 ?
congrats! looks great.
Congrat!!! My favorite color! BSM FTW!!
Congrats~
Why did they put the steering wheel on the wrong side? :lol:

The car looks great! What is the interior? Congrats!
BSM is the black the M3 should have came in instead of Jet Black. Nice choice!
Black sapphire metallic is perfect. Nice job.
how much did that option cost you. Agree that sapphire black is much much better than jet black.
Strange how the oil cooler (or is it the water radiator?) behind the grille appears almost white, whilst mine is definitely very dark, almost black.

I wonder if there has been a change to spec there.

I also notice that your car is on PS2s, and these now seem to be the norm on UK spec E92s, instead of the PSC+s that mine came on in December 08 (08MY).
My sis has this color on her 335i. Looks nice. Clearbra that thing!
Nice...:thumbsup:
Cheers for all the comments and Qs:

I de-badged because i've always liked the minimal stealthy look on my prev bmw cars, tho think on reflection it does look a bit 'wrong' without the bootlid badge on an M car... i might change this in the future;

As regards pricing for the BSM it was circa 1K GBP;

The tyres fitted are Conti Sport Contact 3s

The white/light colour through the front air intake - not sure about any changes from BMW on that one

Interior is Extended Black Novillo / Piano Black with Inlay Interior Trim . . .

Agreed. I have owned a Sapphire 5er and I prefer it over JB - but unlike Slammed I prefer JzB of all the blacks (tho' maybe Ruby would work for me if I could see an M3 in the metal in that color).
Beautiful, love the interior....nice and clean. Great choices!!
Great looking M!
It is a nice color M, but for an individual color, I would opt for something a bit more special.
Excellent! Congrats.
:thumsup:

its such a bitch to keep clean, but i love it when its shinning :D
