Varis Install on E90 M3

Hello Everyone,

I recently got a Varis rear diffuser for my E90 M3 and was curious if anyone has either a step by step or detailed installation for this?

You should be able to get the installation instructions online in Japanese.

If you have the CF undertray and no hardware, then you need to order the HW from Varis. The Varis undertray is made for an E92 M3 coupe, so there are different holes that have to be drilled for an E90 M3 Sedan.

If you want to run a rear diffuser on your E90 M3, you have to find one like the 3D Design diffuser made for a E90 M3.

I am installing a Varis Undertray on my E90 M3 Sedan in Fall 2023 ay my favorite shop, so fingers are crossed. It is expensive to PPF and ceramic coat a Varis Undertray and Rear Diffuser. dd 50% of the cost of each CF piece for the PPF.

Bulletproof Auto in LA is the Varis distributor in the USA. They can do the PPF and ceramic coat, since they have an in house AutoSpa. They also have a sister Tesla Mods company. They are also on the same block as SpaceX and the Tesla Design Center.

Varis Undertray install on an E90 M3 Sedan requires a tweak to the mounting holes.

The Varis E92 M3 CF rear diffuser won't fit an E90 M3 Sedan. So go Commando Style (without a rear diffuser) or try a 3D Design rear diffuser ($1800 made on demand in Japan via IND).

Note the recommendation to add rainbow titanium accent bolts, available from Amazon.
