I might be willing to sell my modded exhaust.
Hi man. I'm looking for the same thing...
lol I talked to motorwerkz in commerce township..and they wanted to charge me $1000+ dollars for it....the fabricator said it would definitely be a full day job for him. So I showed him all threads about the mod on the forum and none of them were over 4hrs of labor.. then he replied "well we do quality job"...

Yea. When the shop did mine it took a good shop 6 hrs just for the welding.

I'm just telling you how long they took. I didn't personally watch them, but I trust the guy who did the work for me. Also i asked several other shops and they all quoted the same as well or longer.
Unless a shop does this over and over agin like acm I honestly don't think most places could do this all that quickly.

jim1013yyf wrotearound 600. It is more than what most people pay. But I am looking for a good work and hassle free. Not many places or people in MI can do this.Do you minding telling me how much was the project?
It came down to me driving to Chicago or just having a somewhat local shop do it for 300 bucks extra. sadly its still cheaper than most exhaust and sounds better than a lot of them also.
That's about what it cost me as well.

Feel bad that we have to pay more for the inadequate fab skills of local shops.
jim1013yyf wroteNot yet. I was going to check out Motorwerks as well. But if they are thinking $1000 I will have to look elsewhere.OP have you get it done yet?

I may be willing to sell my e92 one (perforated method) if anyone is interested. $450 in Chicago.
