Silly question

Ok, im kind of new to this and I see there are alot of words i dont understand. For example, OEM, CA ect..... Can somebody please fill me in. Thanks

OEM - Original Equipment Manufacturer

Well for most abbreviations, Google or Wikipedia is your friend. Google 'OEM' and see what comes up - the wikipedia article for OEM.

CA = customer advisor
