Hi guys,
Thought I'd sell the OEM alarm I bought from Tischer BMW for my E92 M3 since I never got around to installing it.

It is brand new, never been installed and comes with all of the hardware.

The current price for a new kit @ Tischer is $265. I'll let the alarm go for $250 shipped to the lower 48-states. If you located in the Bay Area (CA), you can pick it up from me for $240. Preference goes to local buyers.

The part number is: 65-12-0-403-658. Please make sure to check if it fits your car. I am not responsible if it doesn't. :D
do you have any idea how long it would take to install it? i have an early 11 e92 m3 without an alarm...i've been considering buying a remotekey+....but also would consider just getting the alarm itself. thx.
The time to actually install the parts should take an hour or so (siren into the left-rear wheel well, hood switch, and ultrasonic sensor into the dome light of the interior).

The OEM alarm also requires activation (by dealer or someone 3rd party which has the tools to do vehicle coding). Usually dealer charges 1 hour of labor.

This thread (http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=150766) has a very good DIY and also has a link to a PDF with installation instructions.

Note though, according to Tischer's website, the OEM alarm will work only with E90/E92 cars (including non M) with production dates before 3/2009. I believe after 3/2009 BMW stopped pre-wiring the cars for the alarms.
bummer, my car is an '11.
