IMHO... This turns out to be predominantly a rice rally. Just a heads up for anyone not familiar. Lots of younger drivers. A couple years ago- an impromptu drag race took place amidst walking pedestrians.

My proposed "rule guide"

- No double parking
- Keep all lanes and roads open for emergency vehicles
- Don't blast your stereo
- No littering (bring a trash bag?)
- Don't park in handicapped spots
- Don't do anything that's blatantly illegal
- No excessive revving, burnouts, racing, etc. There will be young children present

11:00 AM Depart Milpitas.
12:00 PM Arrive in Berkeley meeting point. (199 Seawall Dr. Berkeley, CA 94710)
