3M and OEM mounting bolts. only problem was the very corner bolt on the side it fell off would not go in, it was warped or something.

Was there more tape there before? Seems like there should have been good tape all along the top of the lip and not just a few pieces.

That should never have happened if the bolts were in place. I've installed 3 ARKYM lips and never had a lip fall off like that. I've had tape lose contact on in a few spots but the bolts keep the lip from falling off.

Looks like you didn't use the bolts?

Looks like almost all of the bolts fell off, not just the corner.

yeah like i said in the previous post, that corner one was warped (bolt would not tighten in), and i guess the 2nd one that went in fell out somehow? previous owner had extra holes drilled in so no idea how these two got warped.

not blaming the Arkym lip, that lip is 100% quality.

the bolts have a metal backing that attaches to the bumper. if the backing is not there, the bolt will not tighten and will spin freely. With the backing you will need a socket to tighten it.

FWIW...that lip is repairable.
