3M and OEM mounting bolts. only problem was the very corner bolt on the side it fell off would not go in, it was warped or something.

That should never have happened if the bolts were in place. I've installed 3 ARKYM lips and never had a lip fall off like that. I've had tape lose contact on in a few spots but the bolts keep the lip from falling off.
Looks like you didn't use the bolts?

Looks like almost all of the bolts fell off, not just the corner.

the bolts have a metal backing that attaches to the bumper. if the backing is not there, the bolt will not tighten and will spin freely. With the backing you will need a socket to tighten it.

Dude if two pieces of double sided tape is your idea of installing a lip then no wonder it fell off jk. You drill holes, and you do it now! Like a man!
