Looks like the welds are broken on at least one of the resonators

Didn't notice any additional noise but I see what you mean. I'm willing to work with the buyer for the repair. Shouldn't cost more than $75 in labor. I have a shop I can take it to if a buyer doesn't want to deal with it.
