The filters are expensive, but at least you can change them your self in a blink and save a few buck (+making sure the box is clean and tight).

OE are $100-$110 for the 4 filters needed. I got the WIX brand for $55 and they appeared better built than the factory ones.

Those zombies aint no joke man...
Cars too low so when they go flying over the hood, those bloody bits get sucked in to the filters.

Spark plugs are gonna run you around $800.... They're a pain in the ass to change yourself but a lot less of a pain in the ass than spending $800

It's actually not that bad of a job. I didn't even need a special tool to remove coil packs they come off by hand

Plugs took me about an hour to change out taking my time. With the right tools it's pretty easy. And I removed the coil packs by hand also!

good job. I think plugs are still kind of hard to do on the passenger side...so good job.

did we ever figure out whether we need to change both cabin air filters? Isn't one of the side a dud?

yea we have 4 small filters, i dunno why they designed it this way. bought the parts at the dealer, i think i paid close to $150 for all 4...changed them myself. It seems like 2 of them are non-functional even...
They are not cheap even online, although it is bit cheaper than dealer of course

Strange, I called my dealer yesterday to get a quote for a brake fluid and microfilter service and they said ~$150 total and approximately 90 minutes. Guess I'll find out Saturday, wish I had it in writing instead of over the phone.

right, so the 2 nonfunctional ones are weird. When I changed my original OEM one years ago, i thought about just putting the nonfunctional ones on the side that had the vent and just returning the 2nd set I purchased.
