New M3 owner, got a question

Hi all,

Ok so just picked up a 08 M3 the other day. Fantastic car! Love it! But 2 odd things I noticed, if I could get some help with.

1) Car seems to be jerky and uncertain at very select times, happens very rarely but usually it happens when I am at half throttle and at about 4k rpm. When it occurs, I have to shift up.... I have the DCT... Is this normal? As mentioned, it is very rare, only happened 2-3 times over the course of a week and only happens when in manual mode.

2) My phone samsung s3 will not pair via bluetooth. I have gone to the BMW site and it says all the software is up to date. Help!

1. This really depends on when and under what circumstances it's happening. A more detailed description will help to isolate if it's normal or not.

2. Where is this failing? What errors are you getting? The pairing on BMW's works best if you search for the car within the phone, then initiate the pairing from the phone. The car will ask for a code, I typically put in 0000, and then the same on the phone side.
