if i may chime in AA is an amazing F1 sound if you ask me,
i have had it on my car for close to a year now and have not gotten tired of it.
It is a head turner when you come down the street, had several tuners pull up to me to congratulate me on the exotic sound, i purposely roll my window down when i drive a stretch near the house where there is a wall right next to the street so the sound bounces off of the wall into my ears.

I have the full exhaust not just the muffler, catless goodluck
with your decision

This is 100% accurate. AA really has a nice tone it emphasizes on the exhaust note. I had it for about 9 months with HFC's however I got tired of it. Couldn't take it for drives over half-hour. Sometimes I miss the sound of it, but I like more subtle stuff so it was time to switch it.

You need 10K more rpm (and 1.6L less displacement) to sound like an F1 . So no matter what exhaust you have in place, an M3 will NEVER sound like one. What you want is a very subjective sound some refer to 'exotic', and the only way to know if you like it is listening to one. More than half of the available exhausts make that claim. Good luck in your quest.

No cross plane V8 will ever sound like an F1 car, no matter what kind of exhaust you slap on it.

Thanks for the compliments guys we appreciate it. The AA E9X M3 Exhaust System has a great F1 sound and the performance to go along with it.

The Active Autowerke Signature Exhaust System has a nice high-pitched tone - reminscent of Formula 1 exhaust notes!

It's a great sounding system!
