Can someone tell me what these options mean?
I live in Florida and ordered my M3 from Utah and I'm having my car shipped across the country. Unfortunately, because of Hurricane Isaac, there is a shipping delay and I won't receive my car for another week or two. Because I had some downtime, I decided to look over my detailed vehicle report and came across several options with which I wasn't familiar. If you could help me understand some of these a little better, I'd appreciate it.

i know a couple of these
Smoker's package-probably just a lighter. Online Information Services Hi-fi sound system-the base system,10 not too good speakers and an amp.i upgraded with bsw speakers, made just for bmw's,highly recommended BMW TeleServices-onstarish Ambiance Lighting-nice down-facing leds under door handles DVD Area Coding, North America-probably for nav, which i don't have Shadowline exterior trim-real nice black trim around windows instead of chrome Drinker's package-keeps a can cold under the armrest (actually they all do that, but i might have made up the name) Last edited by bimdo; 08-29-2012 at 09:31 PM.. |

^^ 100% correct. OP, you don't see these options discussed because although technically they're on a build sheet, they're all standard for ALL US-spec cars (except the DVD coding, which is standard with nav, and TeleServices and Online I believe only show up if you get BMW Assist). There are tons of these type of "options" that are just regional standards, no worries.
