Well done the M...again!

It was strange how the C63 couldnt catch the M3 it is widely believed to be the faster in a straightline.

I was quite shocked by the c63 losing that fight, now imagine getting a more consistent launch with m-dct, bye bye c63! lol

Sorry but in a straight line drag race between these four cars it would be the C63 which would comfortably win, followed by the M3 and the IS-F, with a distant fourth being the Vauxhall.

Even if the C63 had got an awful start which according to the video footage wasn't the case, it's sheer power and torque would have pulled it ahead in such a long race.

That video review was probably the most unprofessional, sloppy piece of shit review I have ever seen.

The C63 was given to an old fat man who admitted that the car was too much for him to handle, and he didn't know how to drive it.

The editing of the drag race was a complete joke. The order in which the cars appear in various stages of the race varies DRAMATICALLY. In short, it was absolutely awful. The whole review was a disaster.

I concur. It looked as if they didn't have enough time to edit the footage, and the end results was a complete hash. They're all over the board with their rankings, they make up rules as they go along, and their tests are rubbish. Total amateur hour. It's amazing how big of a difference good writing and production make, because Top Gear can invent completely superfluous tests, yet they manage to be entertaining and credible in comparison.

Cool video.

Each car is for a different purpose though...so it is always tough to compare and say one is better, etc. It all depends what you want out of the car, you know?

One thing I love about the Merc is the fricken exhaust note. It sounds so mean and torquey...love it! I am gonna have to drive one for the hell of it and check it out, although I doubt I will cancel my M order as I want more of a "track car" feel! But what the hell!

the M3 was the worst of the 3 in the drift contest. Even the IS-F did a better job.

Interesting drag race....still cant believe it. oh yeah, the host has to be the most boring guy evar. It almost looks like hes reading his lines from somwhere.

Well that's the torque figures coming into play, the M3 simply doesn't have enough to maintain to drift for long enough.

It does!! Very nicely and relatively easy to control in fact. The Merc is a bit more difficult to control on a drift.
