Willow Springs 03/21
Had another great day at Willow Springs with Speed district. I'm on apex arc-8 18x10.5's with nitto NT01's now (thanks sebringjetta!) and I am very pleased with how they perform. Took a few pics and some video.
This RUF was absolutely beautiful and was unfortunately under driven and still somehow managed to go offroading. you can see him sitting on the infield in the first video below. i think he went off shortly after i passed him. this aventador was being babied around the track. it was a great day and met a few other m3post members as well. very good to see/meet everyone again!

He said it was babied around the track so i'm assuming not to its potential.
Nice pics OP, looks like a blast!

thanks for the kind words. i'm very satisfied with my current setup. i think the next thing i'm interested in is solid subframe bushings and brakes.
the lambo was only out there for a short time. i came up behind him pretty fast after the late apex of turn two and he promptly gave me the point-by. the picture with both of our cars in it is at the end of turn 5 and that was about the last time i saw him in my mirrors. he was taking it easy big time. there was also a ferrari 430 that was going pretty slow and was pretty stingy with the point-by's. we were all there to have fun, but there was a group of guys that took weird lines, pointed-by at bad parts of the track, and ignored flags. the slr's were slow as well and gave a lot of passes, but point-by drag raced me down the main straight... it got old. unsurprisingly, they were the only guys to go offroading, too.

Perfect angle, it really makes the fender flares pronounced. Great picture.

Good driving there man!
Im dying to do the solid rear bushings myself...the oem bushing are annoying, dont like the mushy kushy transer of weight around. |
