Looking for Sedan Tails

I have an 08 sedan and I love it, but the one thing I don't like is the tail lights on the sedan. I'm looking to update them, preferably without changing out the whole trunk. What are the popular options? Does anybody have any experience with these, that can comment on build quality or post additional pics?

i would like to know also as i have an 08 and would like to switch out my tails for some sort of smoked version, but not really interested in throwing up all the money for an LCI conversion

Had the same concern with my 08. I went over to the blacklines and I couldn't be happier.

This. Pre lci e90 tails are not pretty, but black lines are the perfect upgrade imo.

Hmm...you know what? That's the best looking Mars ones I've ever seen in HD resolution. I might just buy a set. No coding needed for Mars right?

I'm sorry, but that wing is distracting and I can't even look at the car, let alone try to figure out if the lights are going to work on my car... not joking.

normally, I would agree that going black is the best option, but in this case, I think Mars is better visually.

My problem is, I own a SSII car, so I can never mind a 328i owner who'll sell a LCI trunk to me. I have to find a AW and get it fucking painted, for that price, I might as well fly myself and 3 friends to Vegas, hire 4 high class escorts, get a bag of columbian coke and an economy bag of condoms from walgreens.

Wing is sold, LED bulbs are functional bought from http://www.highperformancebulbs.com, I won't half ass functional parts. They worked from the get go aside from them blinking like disco bulbs on start up like all LEDs do until they get coded out not too. I have a coding friend in Daly City that did it for me and can code all e9x models.

My lci euro tails are on the way, a csl trunk will be shortly as well.

Sorry I can't help you there, but they sure do look good for the cost while still accomplishing the main goal of "refreshing" the rear of an 08

The Mars lights do look good and you can try half black line tails like how mine came with when I got it.

The MARS is definitely the best choice with just a lamp replacement. However, I think going with the LCI trunk and lights is definitely worth it.
