Lease Takeover: 2008 e90 M3, $664/mo
CAR IS SOLD!! I have decided to put up my 2008 e90 M3 for lease assumption. I have taken meticulous care of the car and have all the service records. The oil was just changed, all fluids checked and the engine was scoped on 12/30/09. I hand wash and wax the car myself and have never taken the car over 4k rpm until it was fully warmed up (~200º oil temp). Yes, I am a little OCD! Here are the details of my lease: Interlagos Blue w/Grey Interior Tech Package 6-Speed VIN# WBSVA93598E041734 36 month lease @ 12k miles per year Monthly payment w/Tax is $664 ($610 w/out) Lease origination was 02/02/09 Lease termination is 02/02/12 End of lease price: $33,238 Buyout price as of 01/04/10: $47,732 Current mileage is 12,700 miles (as of 01/02/10) I installed a 20% ceramic tint all around and installed a matte black grill (I will also include the original grill). I installed RDSport springs @ ~2000 miles that give the car an aggressive posture and, IMHO, they provide great ride quality and give the car enhanced cornering. There is no rubbing with four people in the car. I am selling the car with the springs installed, but I will include the stock springs if you opt to return the car to stock. The car is running 19" iForged Essen wheels powder coated black. The wheels are in good shape with one superficial scratch on the left rear wheel (I will post a detailed pic shortly). Tires are Dunlop SP Sport Maxx (245/35R19's in the front and 275/30R19's in the rear) and have a lot of tread remaining. The wheels have 3 of the 4 TPM sensors installed, but the front left TPM sensor broke and I replaced it with a standard stem to get the car back on the road. If the new owner wants the wheels/tires/sensors with the car, I will include them for $2500. The car will also come with the stock 18's and Michelin Pilot Sports that came on the car. They are in excellent condition with only 2k miles in them. The new owner will be responsible for the BMWNA lease transfer cost. I am also requiring $2100 to cover the 3 MSD's (3 x $700) I put down to lower the interest rate (.26%). This money will be refunded in full to whoever returns the lease at it's termination. Here are the photos of the car, taken on 12/19/09: Last edited by TBONE1969; 02-20-2010 at 04:58 PM.. |

Good morning. To give an update, I have another 5 prospective buyers in line for the car. I am dealing with two people here in San Diego so, once again, I will let everyone know if it does not work out!
