@OP, Tischer BMW sells them new for $275 each. You price is still good depending on how many miles you have on them.

Thanks for the interest, guys. They were stamped with BMW logo, M logo and Germany lettering. Approx. 3000 miles ++

These look like OEM plastic caps that are overlayed with carbon. The OEM BMW Performance caps are all carbon and the back does not look like that. Just a heads up.

They're not the genuine BMW Performance Carbon Fiber mirror caps.
IT's EAS style OEM Plastic + C/F overlay caps.

Looks like some people have already answered this throughout the thread. Check that one link posted.
But just from my experience. The carbon from the start doesnt look oem, I dont know, I can just tell that. Its a weave thing.
Second, the oem performance parts are 100% carbon fiber, no need for plastic and overlayed carbon. This goes for the splitter and spoiler. Except the 4 plastic prongs for the mirror caps.
The carbon should be easily visible on the inside along with the bmw performance sticker, no imprinting.
And for the mirror caps, the 4 plastic prongs should be easily visibly glued in place with blue adhesive.

OP, didnt mean to ruin your parade, just posting what I know. Looks like you adjusted the price accordingly. And just fyi, these dont have to be considered overlays, that could deter some buyers. Overlays refers to carbon mirror caps that go over your existing oem painted mirror caps (yes they have those). These are carbon fiber mirror caps, just not oem.
