Steam Clean Vinyl Wrap

E92 M3 wrapped in Satin Pearl White for past year. Some areas such as beneath the door handle, beneath side mirrors and beneath side markers are stained. I tried everything from wash to Simply Green and everything that is PH balanced to wipe off but no luck. My buddy told me to get it steamed cleaned as it will yield best result.

Anyone heard of such and if so, how was your result.

Please chime in and thanks.

I'm guessing the dirt and perhaps oil that's inside the door handle and crevices and when rain, it seeps out with the rain water. I don't get a chance to wash it weekly though I try but satin white gets dirty fast and more noticeable. I'm sure if it was satin grey I wouldn't even see it.

It's not the most noticeable unless you standing right next to car but wish I can clean it off.

Try Chemical Guys matte detailed. I had an oil leak on my car that got over one whole side of my wrap. Some of that, a microfiber towel, and elbow grease and it all came out.

I wouldn't steam clean it simply because your vinyl wrap is literally a sticker. Heat removes stickers.

once vinyl stains it's difficult to remove since it's usually embedded in the vinyl. you can try something like goo gone or a very very small amount of acetone but be very careful and use the least amount as possible
