hid questions

ive never changed my lighting before but am interested in the look the 360 forged black car has. I think it is 20,000k. Who has the best kits for this? which is cheapest and easiest? Does this only change the daytime running lights look or night headlight look as well. Thanks for any help.

The 360Forged car has an HID system in the angel eyes which will produce the brightest upgrade available. There are also LED options if you aren't up for installing an HID kit in there.
