This would be a waste IMO. I adjusted my power seats where I liked them and left it. They are significantly heavier as well.

Is it just a bolt in install? I would assume the memory function works as well or does the car need to be coded?

Reviving a really old thread because I have the same question. If I have manual seats and I want memory seats, is it direct cluck and play, or is there additional wiring required?

Let me compare the wiring of the electric seats I have in my garage when I get home. I do have heated manual seats though.
I would not advise the power seats though. they don't get as low, generally more annoying if you have a coupe, and they weigh a lot more. I've tried swapping the mechanism (diff leather colors) but it proved to be more difficult than I was interested in getting into |
