I have watched those videos too many times. I have strongly considered e88's. They are definitely one of my favorite wheels. I think they look best on Porsches but I must admit that they do look agressive on the Schirmer car.

Of all the nurburgring M3's I've decided that the Schirmer M3s are my favorite and then you've gotta love Lukester's skills. That guy knows how to drive.
I know the Schirmer M3s are running Akrapovic but does anyone know if they are the Evo setup? whatever the one with full piping is? It seems so much more desirable to me to have a car like these ones that can run really quick laps on a reliable strong NA motor that is virtually untouched as opposed to throwing forced induction at a full weight car. |

This car is serious business. Love the build out and engineering behind it all.

The Schirmer M3 92 are my favorite track built M3. Tom Schirmer really knows what he is doing.
Here is a Video of a Schirmer M3 doing a BTG lap of the Nürburgring in 7:19. |

I am also fan of NA engines. Especially when you have such a masterpiece like the S65 high revving V8. Schirmer is working on a few stroker engines with carbon airboxes for next season... Last edited by dex37; 11-28-2013 at 06:12 PM.. |

I think they are running 18x10 ET25 and 18x11 ET25 or something close to that. I saw it quoted once but I cannot remember the source now. I know this is the most aggressive setup for the E92.

FWIW - I ran BBS E05's in the following specs: 18 x 10 et25 275/35/18 BFG Rival * I had to swap to a shorter front spring on my KW Coilovers to gain inner clearance. This allowed me to run these without spacers and -2 camber. The alternative was a 10mm spacer with -3.5 camber. 18 x 11 et25 295/35/18 BFG Rival * No rubbing but the protrusion in my rear fender liner (at the junction of the fender and bumper) was already slightly worn down. I hope this helps... Some pics for reference:
