That looks to be in Whampoa (Hung Hom)

The design concept differed from that of the GTS in that it maintained most of the luxuries expected from a sport saloon that can still be daily driven in full comfort while still shedding weight. CRTs are even equipped with iDrive!

Contrast with the GTS where it was a no-compromise precision track weapon, with all luxuries and convenience stripped out (i.e., no back seats, no nav, etc.).
